Video Advertising is Dominating Digital

If you've used the internet in the past 5 years, I’m sure you've experienced this: You go to a website to watch a video, and you’re faced with a commercial that you have to watch before the content. This is called a pre-roll video, and it’s one of the most common and effective types of online advertising. 

Nielsen recently reported that Americans aged 18-64 increased their digital video viewing from 13 minutes per day in the beginning of 2014 to 27 minutes by September of that same year. With that exponential spike in consumption, it comes as no surprise that advertisers are flocking to digital video. So, what's all the fuss about?
